More Fearless Mains
Workshop Suite
Time Block:
8 total hours over two days
Participants:
25 Max per Session
Consider this the Goldilocks program that's just right if your organization wants to balance broad basics with a few reps to begin practicing improv soft skills. Day one sees participants developing skills. Day two applies those skills to specific strategic initiatives within your organization to apply real skills to real challenges.
Custom Intensives
Time Block:
2 hours per Intensive
Participants:
25 Max per Session
Improv + Soft Skills covers a lot of topics. Rather than trying to absorb everything at once, custom incentives focus on a specific soft-skill pillar, such as reacting, adapting, communicating, taking risks, collaborating, and decision-making. This format allows organizations to prioritize training.
Enterprise Integration
Time Block: Varies
Participants:
25 Max per Session
You want one of everything? For everyone? We've got you. Enterprise integration teaches all the soft skills, provides each participant with sufficient training, and applies them through interdepartmental implementation. This is the most in-depth, involved, multifaceted, and long-lasting or ongoing offering tailored to specific outcomes within your organization.
A POPULAR PLACE TO START
Improv loves flexibility, and that means options, sometimes too many options. So here's the manager's special if we're going to keep rolling with this restaurant menu analogy.
The Two-Day Dip:
An eight-hour workshop split over two four-hour sessions.
Day One:
Introduce and train core improv concepts culminating in a low-stakes application
Day Two:
Apply the skills from the previous days on a specific challenge facing your organization. End the day with something the group can build on or immediately take the next steps to implement.
Why This Approach? Why Two Days?
- Learning new concepts are like working a new muscle group. Rest helps
- Trying out new skills with a low-to-no-stakes application invites participants to relax, experiment, and spend time outside their comfort zone
- All-day sessions can pull focus. You're still running an operation. There are phone calls to return and emails to check. A team knowing they can still get some work done during that business day reduces that nagging, distracting pressure to do their duties.
More Fearless Morsels
Seated Seminars
Time Block: 90 minutes
Participants: 100 Max
Clearly, we believe in the transformative power of improv + soft skills in any organization. Others aren't convinced. In a seated seminar, we strip away anxiety about standing up in front of others and explain the philosophy and psychology - the WHY - behind an improv soft skill approach. Sit back (or better) lean in to learn.
Soft Skill Sampler
Time Block: 2 - 4 Hours
Participants: 50 Max
Take the classroom to the conference room or Zoom room. Samplers take the next step up in terms of training. They provide space for broad introductions to various concepts and brief, though applicable exercises, without focusing on heavy repetition or iterations on atomic skills. The sampler is also the only active programming we offer to conduct via video. Though we'd love to see sans screen.
Single Bite
Time Block: 1 Hour
Participants: Varies
Prov-curious? You or someone in your organization not totally sold? The single bite block covers that. More Fearless offers free consultations. The single bite is something more. Think of the small bite as a mini-demonstration with minimal investment. It's not just sales. It's a "buy a flight before picking a pint" approach to all More Fearless brings to the table.
Investment
Starting at $25 per participant hour (minimum $500)
We REALLY dislike the idea of charging by the hour. We also think it's a disservice to stick with rigid rates. Adaptability to what's needed in the moment is kinda the core of this whole improv thing, ya know? While it's important to respect everyone's time, it's equally challenging to commit to training concepts while thinking about the meter running. Seeing numbers or scribbling math on a napkin shouldn't stop a conversation.
